Wisconsin Lemon Law

The Wisconsin Lemon Law covers new vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and heavy-duty vehicles, such as semi-trucks. The Wisconsin Lemon Law allows consumers to request a refund or replacement vehicle if their new vehicle has warranty problems that qualify their vehicle as a “lemon.” If the vehicle manufacturer doesn’t provide the remedy you requested in a timely manner and we file a lawsuit in your case, we will look exclusively to the manufacturer for payment and you won’t have to pay any attorney fees or costs. Contact us to see if your new vehicle qualifies for relief under the Wisconsin Lemon Law.

Wisconsin also has a separate Lemon Law that covers motorized wheelchairs.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act allows consumers to recover damages and, in some cases, return a defective product if the warrantor doesn’t repair the product under warranty within a reasonable time. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act applies to consumer products that are covered by a warranty. If we file a lawsuit under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for your defective product, we will look exclusively to the warrantor for payment and you won’t have to pay any attorney fees or costs. Contact us to see if we can help with your warranty problems.

Fraud & Misrepresentation

Wisconsin has laws that protect consumers from fraud and misrepresentations made by sellers in the sale of products, such as cars. If you believe that a car dealer lied to you, cheated you, misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle or committed fraud, contact us to see if we can help.
