Since 2000, Susan has devoted her law practice to representing the interests of consumers in Wisconsin Lemon Law automobile warranty and misrepresentation cases. As a result of her successful track record, she is regarded as a consumer law expert within the legal community. Susan’s expertise encompasses all stages of automobile warranty and fraud claims including pre-lawsuit settlements, mediation, lawsuits, jury trials, and appeals.

Since opening the Lemon Law Justice Center in 2019, Susan and her team have successfully represented consumers in resolving their claims against major automobile manufacturers and dealers as well as motorcycle, semi-truck, and motorhome manufacturers in both pre-lawsuit settlements and litigation. She has prevailed in cases at all levels of the court system including Wisconsin state and federal courts, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Susan also serves as a supplemental court commissioner for Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
